WE'VE GOT SOME BIG NEWS!

Consider this the official announcement that we are full underway in the development and release of a new Street Parking platform for your membership experience! We've got important news that impacts all Street Parking members -- so please, take a few minutes and read this entire email to make sure you know what's NEW and what YOU need to know about your SP membership! Especially if you were wondering why you got a "Welcome to Street Parking..." email earlier today...

All Street Parking members are now part of Street Parking's unique membership management platform!


Backstory: As of July 7, 2020, all new Street Parking members signed up using this platform developed by SP and have been already using it! Prior to the development of this platform, when a member would join Street Parking, it was done through software and billing services provided by Wodify and membership has been managed through Wodify's platform.

WHAT DOES THE NEW SP PLATFORM DO?

As of DECEMBER 17, 2020, ALL Street Parking memberships are managed through my.streetparking.com instead of through Wodify. What does this new platform do? 
 

ALLOWS YOU TO MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP...

  • Member profile: name, address, email address, Social Media profiles (Instagram and Facebook) associated with your SP account

  • Membership plan: view your current membership plan, update/change billing card info/type, request to change/upgrade membership plan, verify First Responder credentials, apply membership Gift Card to membership plan


PROCESSES YOUR MEMBERSHIP BILLING... 

  • Processes all membership payments (billed through Stripe)

  • Sends email receipts for membership payments, renewal reminders, and any additional details associated with your membership payments

... And since all of our memberships are now hosted on our platform, the "Welcome to Street Parking..." email was automatically triggered to some members during this membership migration. Nothing to worry about if you did or didn't receive it!


THE IMPORTANT DETAILS...

  • Your membership plan details will NOT change. If you are currently enrolled in a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month membership plan, that plan has been migrated to the new system as per your current membership agreement. 

  • Your auto-renewing membership billing date will not change. For instance, if you have always been billed on the 10th of the month, your payment will still be on the 10th of the month.

  • All membership plan payments will appear on your bank statement as appearing from "STREETPARKING"

  • There is no longer the ability to request a hold to your account. You can simply request to cancel your membership through your “Manage Membership” tab and easily rejoin when you are ready to return!


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW?

If you joined Street Parking BEFORE July 7, 2020 please follow these important instructions.
If you joined Street parking ON or AFTER July 7, 2020, you don’t need to do anything! 

  • LOGIN to my.streetparking.com 

    • Email: the one currently associated with your SP membership 

    • Password: click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link to reset your password 

  • Go to your profile and verify your membership details are correct

  • If prompted, add a payment method

  • Something not work right when you updated your profile? Use the "Find Something Buggy" link at the bottom of each page to report a bug if you encounter a strange issue like for some reason your address isn’t saving properly or you encounter a weird error message when trying to update any other information. You do not need to email SP Support for those issues!

SO WHAT ABOUT WODIFY?

  • You will still have access to Wodify and your Wodify login has not changed. 

  • Wodify is STILL currently being used as the logging platform for your SP workouts and how you can track your Earned gear. Remember: we recommend using the Members Only website as the source of viewing ALL workouts (plus videos) and content you have access to with your membership. You can easily save the Members Only website to your phone’s home screen for quick access to the workouts, and simply use Wodify to log your results later.

  • The change will mean that when you are in Wodify, it will not show a membership associated with your account, but again, that’s because your membership plan is now found at my.streetparking.com

  • And best of all: this management step was the first of several to come in developing a logging platform to eventually completely replace Wodify. But, one thing at a time. So the sooner we (with your help) make sure that everyone's membership accounts, profile information, billing info, etc. is current and accurate, the sooner our SP Dev Team can keep building those next features!


THE CONTROL YOUR FITNESS CHALLENGE

After you get done checking out the new platform, mark your 2021 calendar for the ALL NEW "Control Your Fitness" challenge starting in January!

Since you've read this far, how about a few bonus details on the newest challenge!?!

For those who were around last year, we are not doing the Choose Your Own Adventure challenge in 2021. The Control Your Fitness challenge will still be about focusing on consistency and helping you put in place sustainable habits YEAR ROUND. It's for EVERYONE. This is not a Nutrition Challenge, and there will be MANY ways to make this challenge customized to what works for YOU and whatever stage of fitness/life you are at! In fact, this would be a great challenge to even include your kids or have your family join you!

And the best part? It's FREE.
