What's it all about?!? 28 Days of Fitness is about having some fun while helping you keep consistent during the busy holiday season -- we know how valuable it is to help you stick with your goals and even help you feel better during times of stress!

You will focus on making ONE positive and conscious decision daily to keep your healthy habits going during the time of year that can make all the difference for maintaining consistency. 

How does it work?

  • Each day has a simply daily task to help keep you motivated with the rest of your SP family

  • No crazy commitments or requirements

  • Your family members, kids, even non-SP friends can join you for as many days as you’d like!

  • You can download the PDF with all the daily activities and follow along as much as you can

You’ll notice that the tasks extend beyond fitness in the physical sense, as these are habits and activities that can improve your overall well being. Who doesn’t need some of that as we finish off this year?!?

You’ll see the SPHQ team and coaches joining in these activities throughout the month, because as you know we believe REAL FITNESS IS MADE IN THE WINTER ...so why not have some fun making it all happen together?

LIVE: STREET PARKING MAINTENANCE!

Sunday, December 6th Coach Carolina will be leading you through a 45 minute yoga flow and streaming live from the Street Parking Parking YouTube Channel.

This will be a gentle, full body sequence in a follow along format, accessible to all levels and designed to help your body recover from this week's Street Parking workouts and feel a little more grounded and relaxed as we head into the Holiday season. No equipment is necessary but if you're a beginner or if you know that mobility is a challenge for you, bring a rolled up towel, blanket, or yoga bolster and keep a band, belt, or yoga strap handy.

Just like everything with SP, we'll provide plenty of options and #morethannothing always applies! So whether you're just looking for another way to move this weekend or you're crushing the SP 28 Days of Fitness, subscribe to the SP YouTube channel and come check out a Maintenance session Live!


NEW WAYS TO WARM UP!

We are talking about FITNESS fam, not apparel.

We've got nearly a dozen NEW, Coach-led Warm Up videos for you to incorporate into your workouts! Whether it's part of helping you get warm in your cold garage or if you are looking for some new movement ideas, we've got new SHIFT, barbell, gymnastics, full body and even SANDBAG warm up options for you to try!

Everyone can check out some newest warm ups over on our SP YouTube channel (see below for the SHIFT General Warm Up) but ALL of the Warm Ups can be found over on our Members Only website!

Warm Up Refreshers:

  • We don't program warm ups, but every day give suggestions (with links to the video if you are viewing the workout on Members Only) you can use based on how much time you have, how you're feeling and what workout you are doing!

  • All Warm Up videos (new and old) can be found HERE on the Members Only website

  • Warm Ups are a great way to get your younger SP Kids involved and moving with you wherever you work out!

THE VAULT RE-OPENS... 

FOR THOSE WHO JOINED EARLIER THIS SUMMER and have been working toward earning the coveted VAULT tee... this is for you.

December 7th - 20th: the one and ONLY time you can make up and log 2020 VAULT workouts 1-9 in order to earn your 2020 Vault shirt!

  • It is ONLY workouts 1-9 that will be re-opened and loggable DURING that time period that will count toward your 25 Vault workouts. If you are missing any from Diez (10) on, keep going even if you can't get the shirt this year!

  • DO NOT try to make them up anytime before December 7th and log them if you are missing them.

  • Stay tuned for all the details AND for our tips on what NOT to do if you have several Vault workouts to make up during those two weeks. Like, don't do multiple Vault workouts full #streetparkingsend style all at once... please... trust us.

Remember, when the 2020 Vault closes with Vienticinco the week of 12/21, it means you have 25 NEW Vault workouts to look forward to in 2021.
