We haven't got to say "mark your calendars!" very often in 2020, so when we do - we get a little excited about it. Today we've got dates and details on SP activities and deals you don't want to miss starting THIS WEEK!

28 DAYS OF FITNESS

Our 28 Days of Fitness (and FUN!) kicks off Friday, November 27th and everything you need to know about it is HERE on our Members Only website... including the PDF to print and join along!

Is this a CHALLENGE? NO!

Does it cost anything? NOPE!

What's it all about?!? 28 Days of Fitness is about having some fun while helping you keep consistent during the busy holiday season -- as we know how valuable it is to help you stick with your goals and even help you feel better during times of stress!

You will focus on making ONE positive and conscious decision daily to keep your healthy habits going during the time of year that can make all the difference for maintaining consistency. 

How does it work?

  • Each day has a simply daily task to help keep you motivated with the rest of your SP family

  • No crazy commitments or requirements - this is for fun!

  • Your family members, kids, even non-SP friends can join you for as many days as you’d like!

  • You can download the PDF with all the daily activities and follow along as much as you can

You’ll notice that the tasks extend beyond fitness in the physical sense, as these are habits and activities that can improve your overall well being. Who doesn’t need some of that as we finish off this year?!?

You’ll see the SPHQ team and coaches joining in these activities throughout the month, because as you know we believe REAL FITNESS IS MADE IN THE WINTER ...so why not have some fun making it all happen together?

And you know it wouldn't be an SP activity without some opportunities for fun giveaways throughout the month...

BLACK FRIDAY: WHAT'S THE DEAL?!

Forget about that “wait until January…” mindset. Get your new year started early with our Black Friday membership deal AVAILABLE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27th. EVERYONE - new and current members alike - can take advantage of this yearly membership deal!

  • Current SP Members: your link to UPGRADE your membership will be on the Members Only website, on SP Members Facebook and on @streetparkingmembers Instagram starting this Friday!


WHAT ABOUT DECEMBER?!?

December 1st: Our annual "Give One, Get One" members only deal kicks off and runs all month! If you've been thinking about giving the gift of SP to a non-SP friend or family member, when you purchase a Gift Card ($50 or more) in the SP SHOP, you will have a FREE month added to YOUR membership!

December 7th - 20th: the one and only time you can make up and log 2020 VAULT workouts 1-9 in order to earn your 2020 Vault shirt!

  • It is ONLY workouts 1-9 that will be re-opened and loggable DURING that time period that will count toward your 25 Vault workouts.

  • DO NOT try to make them up anytime before December 7th and log them if you are missing them.

  • Stay tuned for all the details AND for our tips on what NOT to do if you have several Vault workouts to make up during those two weeks. Like, don't do multiple Vault workouts full #streetparkingsend style all at once... please... trust us.


Remember, when the 2020 Vault closes with Vienticinco the week of 12/21, it means you have 25 NEW Vault workouts to look forward to in 2021. Anyone want to make guesses about what the first workout has in store for you?!?


REAL FITNESS IS MADE IN THE WINTER...

We believe REAL FITNESS IS MADE IN THE WINTER...

What does this mean? For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, it means these are typically the colder, darker, busier, 'un-sexy' months of doing fitness layered up in your garage or making space on your living room floor. These are the months where you can prove to yourself that you ARE consistent, that you don't need to wait for a certain calendar date to start or 'start over' on your goals or healthy habits.

We believe so much that building consistency and habits during the most inconvenient times is the key to success. We believe that you can start to make small and important changes anytime of the year. It's not about being perfect during this season: you might only get in 2-3 workouts per week - and you’ll probably have some holiday treats - BUT you can and SHOULD do something!

Maybe all you do during the next few weeks is add in a few BODYWEIGHT workouts.

Maybe you choose to eat a few more veggies - or make smarter choices for which holiday treats really bring you joy.

It can be small steps to build momentum instead of trying to jump off of the cliff all at once.

And the best part: we are here for you so you don't have to go it alone!
