Did your December just get more fun?!?

Just a friendly reminder that whatever it is that you need to get done today, you can do it... especially if it's Vientitres! But before you go crush some burpee deadlifts, we’ve got some 2020 Vault details some of you need to know about, a reminder about sweet December deals, and some of our favorite resources to explore... especially if you're newer here!

THE 2020 VAULT RE-OPENS... 

PLEASE NOTE: This info is ONLY for members who are trying to make up missing workouts 1-9 from the 2020 Vault to be able to finish all 25 workouts by the close of 'Vienticinco' (the week of 12/21.)

In other words: if you are missing any of the Vault workouts 10-22, this is NOT info for you. We are not re-opening workouts 10-22 before the close of the Vault 2020, so keep on scrolling!

  • As of Monday, December 7 through December 20, if you are missing any of Vault workouts 1-9, the Vault will be open for you to make up and log these workouts. They must be done and logged by 12/20.

  • ALL THE INFO YOU NEED ON HOW THIS WORKS IS ON MEMBERS ONLY WEBSITE HERE! Please take a moment to read (and re-read) the page on how this works and tips for swapping in missing Vault workouts.

  • You MUST make up and log your missing workouts during this window of December 7-20 ONLY. Did you get excited and do them last week or last month and log them? That's not within the window, so sorry, but it doesn't count toward your missing workouts. #momvoice

You also can't go wrong searching the Movement Library while you are picking the best options for customizing the daily workout.

BODYWEIGHT
It's always good to have a back up plan when building consistent habits, and this year especially has proven why. Whether you are short on equipment or are fitting in work/kid/school life at home with the family, our no-equipment needed Bodyweight section has 40+ workouts PLUS a downloadable PDF for you. Simple just got a little easier. And if you're gonna say that bodyweight only workouts are too easy, please just wait until the Christmas workout and then get back to us on that.


28 DAYS OF FITNESS

It's not too late to jump in and join our 28 Days of Fitness and FUN!
